A lot of you big Cat Petterz fans probably know that Cat Petterz 5 dropped a few days ago.
It's been SIX years since the fourth one released. Time really flew by, huh? Anyways, it's been in contention for my favorite game of all time, with all the dynamic and realistic personalities your cats can have. The cat chat feature is probably the most enthralling addition, though. Sometimes, when I'm using it, I'll forget I'm even playing a game! XP
I do think they should've spent more time on it, though. It's been suuupppeerrr buggy for me, my cats sometimes sending messages unprompted, even though they're not supposed to. (right now they respond as if you told them you were putting them in a cage or something? i do think it would be cool if they kept the glitch though and just made it so the unprompted chats didn't talk nonsense! XP).
Overall I think the game is definitely the strongest in the franchise still (definitely better than Cat Petterz RPG X/). If someone manages to go crazy with Cat Petterz 2 modding and replicate the game, though... Cat Petterz 2 may still reign as champion! X)
